On July 8th, the company officially hired fresh graduates for the 2024 spring recruitment and started a one week onboarding training.
The newly hired employees are all chemical technicians. The Human Resources Department has designed training programs and developed course plans based on various aspects such as job suitability requirements, students' transition to workplace roles, and accelerated integration into the company. The course includes education on Party history, clean and honest work, compliance management, corporate culture, safety production knowledge, titanium dioxide production technology, self-control production system, office system, and human resources related systems. In addition, arrange a visit to the factory production line to gain a deeper understanding of the process technology. At the same time, I listened to the introduction of their growth path by technical experts, which further strengthened the confidence and determination of new employees to study on the technical path.
Before the training ended, the human resources department arranged a onboarding guide for the new employees, organized a meeting, and brought them closer through discussions and exchanges. The guide also presented an onboarding gift with the words "promising future" printed on it, which greatly inspired the new employees.
At the training graduation ceremony, the leaders of the three new employees' units were invited to attend and gather with them to listen to their training gains over the past week. The students are very pleased to have such a high platform as soon as they enter the workplace, feeling the care and warmth given by their leaders and teachers over the past week, which has transformed their anxiety before joining into their expectations after starting work. At the same time, they have a clear understanding of the importance of "clean work" for them to fasten the "first button" of the workplace, and have expressed their determination to work hard and inject their own energy into the development of the company. The head of the human resources department finally presented the company's requirements and expectations to both the employer and the new employee, and the one week onboarding training came to a successful end.
