A few days ago, the company organized front-line operators such as production center, production collaboration department, and technology research and development center to conduct safety basic knowledge training, examination and acceptance.

This examination urges all employees to master the skills they should know and should know in the job through the method of "promoting learning by examination", enriches the knowledge reserve of employees' safety production, improves employees' safety awareness and safety operation level, and comprehensively improves employees' safety literacy. A total of 860 people participated in the examination, and the Ministry of Safety and Environmental Protection organized all units to compile 62 sets of examination questions according to the differences in the knowledge that should be mastered by the positions, combined with the shifts of employees, and carried out a total of 4 rounds of assessment.

       Through this examination, a profound atmosphere for all employees to learn safety knowledge was further created, and the purpose of "promoting learning by examination" was achieved. Next, the company will continue to strengthen safety training and assessment, promote front-line employees to enhance their awareness of safety precautions and self-protection, build a strong line of defense for safety thinking, comprehensively promote the implementation of safety responsibilities of all employees, consolidate the foundation of safety production management, and escort the company's high-quality development.
