From July 14th to July 17th, the trainees of the new apprenticeship training course carried out by the company successfully completed the skill appraisal work in Liaoning Petrochemical Vocational and Technical College. A total of 190 trainees participated in this appraisal, including 153 inorganic chemical reaction production workers and 37 chemical inspection workers.

Since the launch of the new apprenticeship training in May 2022, it has closely focused on the company's three-year three-step talent work idea of "making up for shortcomings, strengthening the foundation, and promoting improvement", and further smoothed the learning path of front-line industrial workers through school-enterprise cooperation, so as to comprehensively improve the overall quality of the workforce, accelerate the construction of skilled talent echelon, and provide strong support for building a knowledge-based, skilled, and innovative industrial worker team.

The appraisal is divided into two parts: theory and practice, and the examination site is tense and orderly, and the candidates attach great importance to and carefully review and answer the questions. After a year of training in professional knowledge and operational skills, the appraisal is not only a learning results acceptance examination, but also a job training, I wish all employees good results, and apply what they have learned to their work, and make more contributions to the company's "breakthrough battle".
