This meeting is the 2022 annual board of directors, and the conference deliberated and approved 13 proposals, including the 2022 annual work report, the board of directors work report, the 2022 budget implementation and final account report, and the 2023 annual budget report.

At the meeting, Chairman Sui Chen summarized the business situation in 2022 and put forward the work goals for the new year.
