Today is the 113th "March 8" International Women's Day, and Sui Chen, Secretary of the Party Committee and Chairman of the Company, on behalf of the Party Committee of the Company, extended high respect and holiday greetings to all female employees.

On the morning of March 8, in order to guide the company's female employees to further enhance their health awareness and improve their self-care level, the company's labor union held a lecture on women's health knowledge in CITIC Jinzhou Building, attracting more than 50 female employees from the management system and production line to participate.

This lecture specially invited professional physicians from the Third Affiliated Hospital of Jinzhou Medical University to give an in-depth and detailed explanation of the causes, preventive measures, treatment methods and other contents through rich clinical experience and a large number of practical cases, focusing on how to treat and prevent women's prone to multiple diseases, and answered the questions consulted by some female employees one by one. After the lecture, free examination activities were carried out on site to help female employees with early detection, early diagnosis and early intervention and treatment. The female employees present said that the lecture was easy to understand and benefited a lot, and the free clinic door-to-door service was convenient and intimate, which played a positive role in improving their quality of life and promoting physical and mental health.

In order to warmly celebrate the "March 8" International Women's Day, the company's labor union carefully prepared and took multiple measures to launch a warm-hearted service "gift package". In addition to health knowledge lectures and free clinics, the company's trade union takes learning, publicizing and implementing the spirit of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China as the main line, organizes female employees to participate in the CITIC Group Trade Union's "Women's Heart to the Party and Forge Ahead on a New Journey" joint learning exchange and "Light up the micro-wish, happiness belongs to you" difficult assistance activities, and cooperates with the local tertiary hospitals to provide free breast cancer screening for all female employees, and arranges all grassroots branches to distribute holiday gifts.
