On the occasion of the Spring Festival, together with the party committee team and the management team, I would like to express my heartfelt thanks and deep blessings to all my colleagues who have worked hard and silently contributed to the past year, and extend my most sincere New Year greetings and high respect!

The past year, is a very unusual, extraordinary year, our production and operation, reform and development of the task of heavy and arduous unprecedented, the company's party committee united and led the party members and the masses to face the severe market situation, all of them worked together to overcome difficulties, withstood the industry cycle downturn, industry pattern changes, anti-epidemic production and other risk tests, effectively coped with the impact of unexpected factors and many difficult challenges. Unity and struggle is not easy and worth cherishing.

-- We have always insisted on strengthening the party's overall leadership. Carry out a series of activities to welcome the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, conscientiously study, publicize and implement the spirit of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, more deeply understand the decisive significance of the "two establishments", enhance the "four consciousnesses", strengthen the "four self-confidences", and achieve the "two maintenances".

       -- We solemnly celebrate the 20th anniversary of the establishment of the company. Hold the "baton" in your hand, inherit the spirit of CITIC Titanium Industry to be the first, have the courage to fight, work hard, and sacrifice and dedication, promote the whole company to think together, strive to be a pioneer, and cultivate a new style of CITIC Titanium Industry in the new era.

       --Our 60,000 tons/year chlorinated titanium dioxide project was put into operation. It has continued to deepen scientific and technological innovation, and has authorized a total of 35 invention patents, and has been awarded the honorary titles of "National Green Factory" and "Municipal Water-saving Enterprise".

       --We have made concerted efforts to prevent and control the epidemic and ensure production. More than 500 employees went against the grain, stuck to their posts, stayed in the factory to ensure production, and the company to tide over the difficulties, with practical actions to show the titanium industry people are not afraid of hardships and dangers, bravely shoulder heavy burdens, and charge ahead.

       --We adhere to the people-centered, pay attention to development for the masses of employees, and constantly improve the sense of gain, happiness and security of employees. Hold skills competitions, send cool, group running, mountaineering and other activities to further stimulate the spirit of unity and cooperation of the majority of employees, and show a positive and pioneering good style.

"Perseverance through thousands of difficulties, the original intention of the mission will not change". A year of sailing against the current, our rudder is stable and straight, and it is all the staff who work together, work out, and struggle. The leadership, leadership, organization and appeal of the company's party committee have been significantly enhanced, and the motivation for the majority of employees to move forward is stronger, the spirit of struggle is more high-spirited, and the belief in victory is firmer.
