On November 20, the Liaoning Provincial Department of Industry and Information Technology issued the "Notice of the Liaoning Provincial Department of Industry and Information Technology on Issuing the 2023 Digital Liaoning Intelligent Manufacturing Strong Province (Intelligent Manufacturing Strong Province Direction) Special Fund Project Plan", which announced the special fund project plan for Liaoning Province in 2023 by region, of which a total of 18 enterprises in Jinzhou City in the three directions of traditional industry upgrading and emerging industry development, innovation and platform construction and digital transformation of manufacturing industry were approved. CITIC Titanium's chlorinated titanium dioxide technology innovation capability improvement project is the only project approved in the direction of innovation and platform construction.
       The chlorinated titanium dioxide technology innovation ability improvement project is committed to improving the technological innovation ability of enterprise chlorinated titanium dioxide research and development and achievement transformation, and building a chlorinated titanium dioxide research and development platform. Relying on the implementation of this project, CITIC Titanium has successfully developed 3 new products, developed 4 new technologies, applied for 11 invention patents, authorized 12 invention patents, formulated 4 standards, won 1 provincial specialized and special new product, and won 2 CITIC Group science and technology awards. In the new stage of China's comprehensive and high-quality development, the implementation of this project has further stimulated the innovation vitality of the enterprise, greatly demonstrated the technological innovation ability of the enterprise, and effectively strengthened the R&D and production capacity of China's high-end basic powder.
