On September 22, Dong Liqing, member of the company's Party committee, secretary of the Commission for Discipline Inspection and chairman of the trade union, presided over the 11th employee congress of the first session of CITIC Titanium Industry in the conference room on the 5th floor of the production center. Zhang Hui, deputy secretary of the party committee and secretary of the board of directors of the company, attended the meeting and learned the spirit of General Secretary Xi Jinping's important speech, and a total of 89 people attended the meeting.

 The conference believes that this year is the starting year for comprehensively implementing the spirit of the 20th CPC National Congress in a solid manner, and also an important year for the overall construction of socialist modernization in China. With the General Secretary personally charting the blueprint and guiding the direction for the comprehensive revitalization of Northeast China, he has boosted the confidence and morale of the broad Northeast Chinese people as they embark on a new journey, fully demonstrating his deep affection for the black land of Northeast China. 

  Comrade Dong Liqing made the "2022 Annual Work Report of CITIC Titanium Industry Trade Union" to the conference. The report pointed out that in 2022, the company's trade union will take the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China and the celebration of the 20th anniversary of the company's establishment as the main line, implement the overall work deployment of the company's party committee and the CITIC Group trade union, closely focus on the company's production and operation center tasks, actively practice the duties and missions of the trade union, give full play to the advantages of the trade union organization, and continuously realize, maintain and develop the fundamental interests of the majority of employees, and better complete the work of the year. In 2023, guided by the spirit of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China and in accordance with the deployment requirements of the company's Party committee and the trade union of CITIC Group, the company's labor union will conscientiously carry out the theme education of studying and implementing Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era, adhere to the people-centered development ideology, continuously enhance the political, advanced and mass nature, give full play to the role of the trade union organization as a bridge and link, unite and mobilize all employees to strengthen their ideals and beliefs, practice their original mission, and strive to contribute more to the high-quality development of the company and show greater achievements.

 The General Assembly deliberated and voted by secret ballot to approve the 2024 annual wage collective negotiation employee representative candidates and the "Wage Special Collective Contract" involving the vital interests of employees, and the enterprise representative Zhang Hui and employee representative Dong Liqing signed the "Wage Special Collective Contract". After deliberation, the participants unanimously voted to pass the resolution of the workers' congress.
