1. It is strictly prohibited to organize non family gatherings such as "graduation banquets" and "teacher appreciation banquets" for children's education in violation of regulations;

3. It is strictly prohibited to use public funds or reimburse children's education and enrollment expenses that should be paid by oneself through subordinates or business partners;

4. It is strictly prohibited to use public buses or occupy vehicles of subordinates or business partners to transport children and relatives to school or travel abroad, or to accept subordinates or business partners to provide activities such as travel and entertainment for children and relatives;

5. It is strictly prohibited to use the opportunity of children's further education to organize "further education banquets" in one's own or others' name, by changing forms such as early or late, only receiving gifts without holding banquets, dividing into batches and locations, or breaking down into smaller parts;

6. It is strictly prohibited to give gifts or money to teachers, school leaders, and other personnel in the name of gratitude, or to provide them with arrangements for travel, entertainment, and other activities;

7. It is strictly prohibited to participate in various types of non family gatherings such as "graduation banquets," "teacher appreciation banquets," and other similar banquets;

8. It is strictly prohibited to engage in any other illegal operations, participation, or other behaviors.

Grassroots party organizations should enhance their political stance, effectively fulfill their main responsibility of comprehensively governing the party strictly, and strengthen the education, management, and supervision of cadres at all levels in conjunction with the ongoing study and education of party discipline. They should remind and prevent cadres at all levels first. For cadres at all levels who have children who have graduated for further education this year, they should sound the "alarm bell", take preventive measures, and highlight the "high voltage line", resolutely rectify the unhealthy trend of taking advantage of their children's education and graduation to carry out large-scale operations and accumulate wealth.
