一、Carefully prepared and targeted.In order to efficiently complete the spring inspection work, the Production Coordination Department, based on the current production reality of the company and the difficulties in spring inspection work in recent years, started preparing in early 2024, actively communicating and coordinating with production units and relevant departments, making full use of spring inspection plan special meetings, project implementation seminars, material preparation exchange meetings, etc., to conduct targeted research and deployment on the work that affects the progress of spring inspection and restricts maintenance efficiency, dynamically optimizing the company's spring inspection plan, achieving early planning, early starting, and early preparation, ensuring that each task has a plan, complete materials, and smooth communication.
二、Refine to people and achieve clear program.On April 22nd, the Production Coordination Department and Production Center completed all preparations and prefabrication work for spring inspection two days ahead of schedule. Refine the spring inspection plan to specific time nodes, personnel arrangements, division of responsibilities, quality acceptance, problem feedback, etc. for each task, ensuring that each spring inspection work has goals, nodes, supervision, and acceptance, and achieving full process control.
三、Focus on the overall situation and achieve high quality and efficiency.During the spring inspection suspension period on April 24th and 25th, in order to compete for time and progress, the maintenance staff of the production coordination department voluntarily gave up their rest time, came early and left late, worked overtime continuously, and fully devoted themselves to the spring inspection work. During this period, more than 150 maintenance tasks were completed with high quality and efficiency, including the shutdown and maintenance of the company's circulating water system, industrial water system, production systems 4 # 5 # 6 #, and instrument measurement renovation projects.
四、Unity in strength, showcasing the essence of 'great synergy'.During the spring inspection period, the production center provides full support for maintenance personnel and strictly implements the production plan; The Equipment Engineering Department shall assign a dedicated person to supervise the progress of outsourced construction on site, and complete all outsourced projects within the specified time; The Safety and Environmental Protection Department arranges dedicated personnel to track the execution of work permits and ensure safety control throughout the entire process; The procurement and sales departments should arrange the entry and exit of vehicles reasonably to reduce the pressure of weight inspection during power outages.
Through the collaborative efforts of various departments, all spring maintenance tasks were completed as planned, and the production system resumed production in an orderly manner, laying a solid foundation for the company to fully achieve its annual production and operation goals.
